My Journey

It didn’t start with a plan to teach.
Yoga was simply something I kept coming back to over and over again, across different seasons of my life.
At first, in my late teens, it was just a class here and there. A way to move, to pause, to breathe. Nothing particularly structured or serious. Then a retreat here and there. A trip to India.
But over time, as life became fuller and more demanding, yoga started to take on a different role.
It became something I could rely on.
A way to come back into my body when everything felt very much in my head.
That quiet consistency is what eventually led me to deepen my practice more intentionally.
I completed my 200-hr teacher training, followed by further studies in mindfulness and pregnancy yoga. More recently, my focus has naturally evolved into women’s health, with ongoing training in yoga therapy and postpartum yoga. As I deepened my understanding of mind and body connection, I realized the importance of holding a safe space and so started my embodied coaching training.
All of this was not a sudden pivot. Rather it came as a reflection of my own life.
What I do now is an extension of that journey.
I offer a small number of private, 1:1 spaces designed for women who want a highly personalised yoga practice, and a deeply supportive experience.
I also hold intimate group spaces for women where connection, reflection, and a gentle yoga practice come together in a way that feels grounding rather than overwhelming.
It’s about creating space to feel, to reconnect, and to move through life with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
