I started practising yoga in my late teens and immediately fell in love with the way it allowed me to connect to something I hadn’t been able to access previously: a sense of calm, peace, being in the moment and the ability to connect to the core of who I am.

For nearly two decades, yoga has been a grounding force through life’s most defining moments, which have included:

 

- immigration (I moved from Russia to the UK in my 20s which was quite the experience);
- qualifying as a lawyer (in two jurisdications);
- the intensity of climbing the corporate ladder;
- burnout;
- heartbreak and ultimately divorce; and
- global uncertainty.

 

Throughout all of life’s twists and turns, yoga has been a trusted place of return.

 

More recently, it supported me through pregnancy, early postpartum, and the profound transition into matrescence.

 

As my little boy prepares to go to nursery (gulp!), I am now offering tailored 1:1 and group support to women who are used to operating at a high level, but no longer willing to be the one holding it all together. Women who know they matter, deserve time and space just for them and are ready to feel grounded, clear, and fully connected to themselves again.

 

My work combines my own lived, embodied and continually evolving experience.

 

Between being a lawyer for over a decade and now a mum, I am no stranger to the reality of high performance; the pressure, the responsibility, and the invisible load.

 

But I also know how to create an environment where a woman can relax, let go and be. To leave everything at the door and experience a space of connection, presence and peace, even amidst every day demands of modern life as a high performing woman.

 

Alongside four+ years of dedicated inner work through therapy and coaching, I have also completed my 200 hr yoga teacher training, advanced training in mindfulness and pregnancy yoga, and am also expanding my expertise by specialising in women’s health through yoga therapy, postpartum yoga, and embodied transformational coaching trainings and certifications.

 

Through my signature blend of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and spacious, intelligent conversation, I offer a private, deeply personalised experience. In my spaces you will recalibrate, reconnect, and access the clarity, sense of calm, peace, and inner wisdom that already exists within you.
