Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Session. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given: • The Session may be forfeited; and • No refund will be provided. Late arrival may reduce the available session time. If you are more than 10 mins late for your Session we reserve the right to forfeit the Session without a refund.
